All items can be returned for full refund or exchange 90 days after the original purchase. Good must be unused, will all original tags attached. For safety reasons, we don’t accept returns on helmets unless there is a fault with the helmet – please make sure you know your size before ordering.
Please complete our customer returns form by clicking this link, and print it off attaching your receipt, and post these along with the goods back to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will refund you the value you paid via the original method of payment. The postage paid for the order will not be refunded when returned (except if we have sent an incorrect or faulty item and we are refunding, not exchanging) however exchanges will be posted free of charge (UK Mainland only).
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless we have sent you the wrong item or the item is faulty, in which case we will reimburse your postage costs.
Footwear, clothing and helmets should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging with all tags attached as this is considered part of the product.
A deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
If you receive a complimentary gift with your order(s) as part of a gift with purchase promotion you must return the gift to us with your item(s).
In all instances, please send your items(s) via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
We will deal with your return within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow for the delivery time of the goods being returned to us, reaching our premises.
