Digitally open, workshop open, and it shouldn't be long for everything else...
Are we open for bike sales or demo rides?
Digitally, yes. We are able to take enquiries and orders over the phone and email, we can arrange part exchanges and finance applications with remote signing, but we remain closed to visitors for a little bit longer.
When will the showroom re-open?
We’re hoping for the 2nd of June if we get the go ahead from the government. We need to make sure everything is in place to keep you and the team safe too, which might delay things by a few days.
What about parts sales?
We can take orders for parts and accessories, and courier them out to you for a small charge. We are starting up a local parts delivery service too which should be in place by the end of the month, for an even smaller charge 🙂
What about the service department?
Open. We can now look after you. Call the normal number and Paul will take your call.
We don’t have any while you wait facilities, or any customer waiting areas open, so you need to find alternative arrangements while your bike is with us.
Can we call you?
Absolutely. A handful of the team have their mobile phones with them, and the phone system at the shop is transferring to them. Dial the shop as normal and press the option for the relevant department. They can’t transfer from mobile to mobile so please don’t press for sales if you can’t get through to service, for example.
Also, call volume is surprisingly high. One person for each extension is accepting calls and we are struggling to handle all of our normal calls – please be patient.
What about email?
We can all access our emails as normal, as well as contact made through the websites. This would still be our preferred method to minimise frustrating callers trying to get through.
My MOT has expired, or is expiring soon…
There is now a six month extension on all light vehicles including bikes for MOTs expiring from the 30th March
